Graphic design – Photography (part 2)

Now there is another place where graphic design in photographs could be also applied and mostly in pictures made of human models that want their photographs to look perfect.

The human body and the humans are not perfect and will never have perfect curves that are mostly presented in public. And the graphic designer tries to improve their photographs by adding more colors and lights that will put the person in the center. This means in the center of the whole photograph.

With that the look of the person on photographs is different or better from the original photos that don’t have that kind of work.

But we must say that maybe those kinds of adjustments are needed because of the pressure of all kind of other media or better quality photographs from other persons. Plus we have the technology so why not use it.

What are some of the adjustments that could be made with some software available to be bought or downloaded from the internet? You could change the colors of eyes with some simple techniques improving completely the eyes and make some little changes on body curves that will be significant for other viewers.

Other than that you can improve teeth color, mouth and complete face. Diminish all kind of imperfections and irregularity with not so much difficulties. But the important thing is that these kinds of adjustments take time and time is money.

So why would anyone want their photograph edited or brought to perfection, because today that’s the standard of perfection. And another thing is that it’s faster and cheaper to improve one person look that way, than to try and improve it by changing their real physical look. But I must say some people want too much and with that too much affects on a given photograph on some person losses their humanity.
